Lake Pasadena

Residents have broken furniture all over their drive way and front yard. Huge trash piles have been building up now for weeks and nothing has been done about it. Very unsightly and needs to be addressed with these new residents ASAP please. Thank you!

Complaint of pine needles dumps onto the road.

Caller informed there is a large amount of pine needles in the street between 2nd Ave and 4 Ave N, very bad odor.

Palm Lane N inclusive from 4th Avenue N to 2nd Avenue N needs filling and grading. Recent events with heavy trucks traveling the road have contributed to rutting and potholes. Thank you for considering this work request.

New residents are constantly leaving trash all over their yard which is attracting animals. There has also been pieces of furniture sitting all over the front yard for weeks.

Lots of loose dirt covering the bike lane. Has nearly caused several cycling accidents. Needs to be shoveled clear.

At the intersection of Pasadena Avenue, N and 66th Street, N a fence was recently removed. This fence provided sound and headlight mitigation for the western part of Lake Pasadena Estates. Its removal will contribute resident complaints and property devaluation. Please replace the fence and / or place suitable vegetation to create a barrier.

After repairs on this corner the drainage has gotten worse and there's no place for the water to leave this intersection
