    Maryland Avenue, between Elder Street and Rosewood street need a speed bump. It is a 25MPH road with people going 60+ every day. I have almost been hit multiple times walking my dog. Similar to what happened on Cresthill Roas. This is a family neighborhood and it is extremely dangerous. The residents would love for someone to measure for a speed bump or table.

    The light at the intersection of Hagood and Montclair is EXTREMELY dangerous in many ways. We have been reporting it for years while the city does nothing. This light desperately needs two things:
    1) Timing adjustment. The lights immediately turn green when the other turns red and people FLY through the red light on Hagood.
    2) A dedicated turn arrow needs to be added for the left turn from Hagood to Montclair. During rush hour it is usually 1 car per light cycle at best to make that turn.

    This shouldn't be difficult to accomplish and it costs little to no money.

    Yard of 4753 Maryland avenue is VERY overgrown and unsightly. Other than being an eye sore, it is a breeding ground for pests. It restricts my view backing out of my driveway as the overgrowth continues all the way to the street, causing a danger every time I leave my home. While it has been out of control for a very long time, neighbors have reached out to me expressing concern. It is a poor representation of the otherwise pleasant looking neighborhood.
    If you could direct me on where to find ordinances on yard maintenance and setbacks it would be great. Thank you.

    The flume/ditch is located within our 15’ easement behind 4804 Maryland Ave. The debris and trash is causing an obstruction of flow potentially causing flooding in this area.

    Investigate the gutter/storm sewer path in front of 5165 Scenic View Dr where water sits and does not drain down the street when it rains heavily. Contact Barbara Cardwell 205-956-0292 about this issue. Two people came out several months ago and no one has come back since. The cement has sunk into the ground. This was closed out as being cleaned but the cement has fallen in the ground and needs to re fixed.
