    This house has been vacant for about a year but for most of the time there has been ongoing construction. According to the guys doing the work, they've added capacity for additional people to live there including an apartment downstairs splitting the back of the garage which I don't believe is allowed due to flood zoning. They are obviously preparing for a house full of unrelated renters as shown on Hotpads. This is a zoned RESIDENTIAL home not an apartment building. They also have markings showing an extreme edge to edge of property line driveway extension going in which will increase the chance of my car (in foreground) being hit by a crowd of backing cars which has already occurred twice since construction started.

    Docked Living is actively furnishing the home next door for multi-family living as I spoke to one of the property managers. The home is NOT zoned for community living and the owner has filed no paperwork to rent it as such. They are advertising for short and long term rentals for 5 separate (rooms) in this one residence.

    Additionally, there are now markers to expand the driveway to accommodate "members" and their cars. Our ALLEY ONLY parking cannot facilitate this addition.

    New construction driveway juts out into the alley, impeding my ability to move in and out through the alley without rolling over it. We have been following the court documents for development of the property. Originally the City had required a 4' setback/alley widening for new homes. The driveways of these homes not only are not 4' off the alley, the one at this address juts into the alley so much that it impedes my use of the alley. Thank you for your help!
