There is a large sinkhole which has formed in front of 2121 16 Street near the curb line. Please check and repair as soon as possible.

Water is pouring out of the street on 33 Street off of 14 Avenue.

Possible sewer problem just north of resident's house. Water is pouring out of a manhole in the woods and has a sulfur smell.

Storm water blockage erosion 8010 8½ St West. they said they cleared it last year but at the other end. It is eroding my entire bank. Should I report to EPA or does the city take care of this. Its washed out most of the earth around the utility pole, it's suppose to be 6 ft in the ground, only about a foot now. I've lost a good 2 ft along my yard.

Water is coming out of the street in front of this address. Has been for the past two days, but is getting worse.

This, sinkhole, I think it is, has been getting bigger and bigger, and it's hard mow, and it's very dangerous for anybody who parks on the street. Or anyone walking.

Folks are camping inside of building was board up but looks as if they have broken in and has a camp set up inside there is a door behind fence inside that needs secured as well as outside door again and is concerned that could possibly fall on those living inside in alleyway next to Campos

Resident confines dog outside in kennel 24/7/365, never seen him take it for a walk. Dog is a nuisance barker. This has been going on 3 years since he moved in. Have talked to resident, was non responsive the first time and threatening the 2nd time after I called animal control. I can take no more, and ready to take him to court about it. Have hours of video of the dog barking, all times of day and night.
