    The large green metal boxes that control the streetlights are placed in such a way as to block the view of fast-moving traffic on Queens Blvd from pedestrians exiting the subway and crossing the street here. I don't know whether this is directly related, but there have been pedestrian fatalities at this intersection.

    So since we have gotten the new landlord we never have heat or if it comes on it's because it's 20 degrees out and stays on for like a half hour. The landlord lets the heating oil run out constantly. There are roaches all over the basement dead. The hallway is never cleaned and he has now put the recycling garbage cans in the hallway when you walk in the door. Which is a fire hazard and unsanitary. The old landlord never let the heat fall ever and we never ran out of hot water. Now Mr L is buying up every apartment building on the block. Cause we are rent stabilized he is trying to make people leave by neglecting the buildings. Scumbag landlord alert. Thank god I'm moving.

    The power plant gas vents in this area release strong gas fumes into the surrounding neighborhood which smells awful and is probably a health violation.

    Large, deep pothole in left portion of southbound 65th Place. Extra dangerous when coming downhill towards redlight, causing possible skidding after hitting.

    15 year old refrigerator short circuited causing electrical fire at 3am. Luckily we caught the fire in time to overt further disaster and damage! 73 year old woman lives in this apartment! Refrigerator Needs immediate replacement by NYCHA! Appliance is still a danger to use! Please notify right away... Thank you!
