    Mexican workers at 7827 S. Ridgeland ave have been working in this two flat building for 3 weeks. Police came out Saturday and found out they do not have a building work permit. They were fined but shut down and still continues to without a permit. They are throwing drywall and other debrie out the back window, they do not have a dumpster and the debrie is flying all over the neighborhood.

Stony Island Avenue Chicago, Illinois 60617, right next door to a dialysis center. This individual is there on a daily basis, and has been observed soliciting at this location since December 2013.
