345 Hwy 6 Sugar Land, TX 77478, USA - Sugar LandThe 4 way traffic lights : cross road Hwy 6 and Alt 90 are so awfully timed/synced in the early hours of the morning that people don't know if the lights are just stuck on red or broken. It's a hard intersection and difficult to obey the priority order as it crosses over a railway tracks, an overpass and has 4 turning lanes.
This has been an issue since later part of last year.It's dangerous and needs to be fixed asap.
