    I reported this last week and got a message that it was taken care of. An orange cone was placed in the hole -- apparently that counts as a repair? And someone stole it, of course. This is hugely dangerous and needs repair asap.

    He trash has been like this at 941 T ST NW two+ weeks in a row. Trash is not being taken out. Instead it's piling up. It's smells and is infested with rats. At night you can see them coming in and out of he trash and running in and out of what appears to be a hole near the house's front door. Please help!!!
