Street Hazard - broken sheet of plate glass in intersection at Roy and lillian

Still 2 piles of dirt, hole in street, and clogged ditch/drainage from City of Houston & Centerpoint’s work (3 months). Please send investigator and fix. Have Centerpoint Tiffany/Lisa call me Terence if they need a contact (713-927-9731. Centerpoint case 18973678, SeeFix 5798948. City of Houston 101003473697) or mail a letter to 5233 Lillian, 77007. Unacceptable to close case with no contact/no case number of Centerpoint in COH system.

The 5400 block of Lillian is dangerously dark from Deterring to Reinicke. Our service request was accepted & we received a letter stating a light would be installed but that was back in August & it’s not been done. Now it’s dark by 5:30& there are several young children on this street. With no lights, we cannot go outside past 5:45. We are one block south of Washington Ave behind cvs where drinks often run from the cops or walk around looking for their cars screaming bc they can’t find them at night. It’s dark, they’re confused & often towed but they can’t see the “permit parking” signs bc it’s so dark.

Can you give us a status update on when the lights will be installed? Several of us have gone out to buy additional flood lights, driveway lights, motion lights up on fences,but it’s a safety concern for the city. We even pay for participation in the Constable program for them to patrol.

Please just update with a timeline for the approved light to be installed.

The stop sign at the northeast corner of Lillian and Lester was knocked down last night by drunk bar patrons

The ditches along 800/900 Reinicke & 5400 block of Lillian need to be cleaned out. I finally got a push mower yesterday but I cannot get it to go down into the ditch. I hear there is a new sidewalk project that is supposed to help clean out the ditches. I'm a 100% single mom & do not have time to keep it cleaned out every week. I did try& even asked other neighbors to help a few times.

Several large cracks have formed around the huge manhole cover at approximately 5425 Lillian (south side) & its wiggly. My young son walked across it & it moved. I think an imminently dangerous situation is looming. It seems it needs repair relatively quickly.
