numerous potholes have formed in the northbound lane of Olympic View near the Cougar Valley Elementary school.

Tree blocking flashing yellow alert light for school zone at the north side of Cougar Valley elementary school. very dangerous because school buss use is intermittent and varied during COVID.

Some road work was recently done in the Lakeness neighborhood of Poulsbo. After the work was complete, I noticed that the crew dumped their extra asphalt in a pile at the corner of Lakeness and Orilla streets. I also just noticed that a tire was dumped there. Photos attached.

A community member reported to the school that a school zone flasher was flashing slowly. I'm not 100% sure which one it is. The one "by the sign" was the message.

Steel plate in road and ABSOLUTELY NO SIGN this morning to WARN you to slow down, at 35 hitting that steel plate on clear creek nearly made drive off the road. Very dangerous not to have a steel plate sign to warn drivers (especially motorcycles)! @ Clear creek & Mountain View

There’s a black Isuzu Trooper at the corner of Orilla and Lakeness in Poulsbo that has been previously reported, but has not moved. Other vehicles parked alongside it have been moved. This vehicle has been there for three years and is an eyesore. Can you please have Citizens on Patrol follow up?

Witt Obrien called to report a 24 oz. spill of hydraulic fluid to asphalt. No drains were affected. Witt Obrien was calling on behalf of Manson Construction who was responsible for the spill. The company was doing some asphalt paving and a hydraulic line on a roller compactor ruptured and sprayed hydraulic fluid.

On Bangor base at the intersection of Sealion Rd and Sturgeon St there was a sewage spill that happened. About 20 gallons was spilled out. It has been cleaned up and the damage was repaired.

State Patrol let us know after a collision at 13200 OLYMPIC VIEW RD NW SI there is a damaged School Bus Ahead sign that needs to be fixed. The said normal business hours should be fine for it.

Tip or Complaint: Drains on the EHW 2 pier and in 15 surrounding equipment storage rooms were backed up with approximately 1-2`
of standing sewage/gray water from a Naval Submarine pumping incident. The official amount of hazardous substance was unknown
and has yet to be determined so I do not know if the amount exceeded reportable quantity limits per EPA reporting requirements. It is
unknown if the substance leaked into any waterway inlet or outside of Navy property however, the potential for contaminated soil, sand,
debris, or vegetation from the shoreline is possible.
