The rates go up and the 'service' remains inadequate. Why, at 05:45, or even 17:45 on any workday should EZ-Pass holders be required to wait upon those who need to find and flip the 3 quarters? That is an annoyance at best, and a congestion causer most often. Make one lane always EZ-Pass only.

Too many cars go too fast down this dead end street. Many neighbors are advocating speed bumps. How do we go about requesting that they be installed?

During rush hours, there is a large volume of Eastbound traffic on Herndon Parkway attempting to turn left onto Southbound Van Buren Street. Both the length of the left turn lane and the duration of the left turn light are insufficient. As a result, the number of cars attempting to turn left exceeds the amount of left turn lane space available, blocking the through lanes. Moreover, because the wait to turn left is so long, motorists turn right onto Northbound Van Buren and then make left U-turns in Senate Court - many at unacceptably high speeds and then head back South on Van Buren using the through lanes.

People in the area who constantly walk their dogs are not picking up their pet's waste. Cause for concern and a health hazard. Please address asap.

A few years ago the town put up a No U Turn sign on Herndon Parkway at the Bayshire Ln intersection. Rather than preventing the now illegal U Turns (which people still make) those inconsiderate drivers in too much of a hurry to wait for more than one cycle of the light to turn Westbound onto Sterling Road now go and turn left down Bayshire Lane and either make U Turns in the middle of the street or in our driveways (both of which are also illegal). They also speed down to the intersection of Bayshire Place and make U Turns there. This has created a dangerouse situation in our neighbor-hood and I have twice seen children almost get hit by these drivers. I have spoken to the Mayor and Tom Rust about this issue but they have done nothing to address it. I've suggested 2 low cost options 1. Take down the no U Turn sign 2. Allow left turns onto Sterling Road from the left turn lane. This would only require the cost of new signage and repainting the lanes. It is baffeling why even these simple, low-cost solutions can't be implemented. The only official resonse we've received is that the intersection has been included in the Captial Improvement Plan but who knows when that will be implemented, particulary given the current budgetary environment.

It is impossible to walk on the sidewalk because the shrubs are so overgrown. They need to be severely trimmed back or removed.

Continual small water leak on sidewalk; could become a safety hazard if frozen.

I have been asking for years to clean up this forest right behind my house and the Herndon facilities. Trees have fallen and destroyed my fence and the town continually won't fix anything back here despite clearly being able to see it everyday from their facilities.

Requesting Stop Signs on Alabama Dr. at Missouri Ave. Drivers are constantly speeding on Alabama Dr. and have gone off the road several times and into my yard. One time a car took out one of the Crepe Myrtles! (Which the town never replaced.)

The sign that was in front of my house was broken off more than a year ago leaving a Dangerous piece of metal protruding out of the sidewalk It's been gone so long I can't remember what the sign said so it was can't be needed for any informational or safety reasons Please remove the remaining post Thank you ,, ,
