    This is in regards to what is being built at 6 Madison Street. I only know what I've been told by people I've spoken to that live in this community and other communities but isn't the new house being built in place of a demolished one supposed to be no higher than the original structure? What's being built in place of the house that was there is much bigger in size all around. It looks like it's going to be apartments not just a one family like what was there originally. I also understand that only the abutting properties needed to be notified what was being built there, but considering the size of this structure it seems the whole neighborhood should have been notified.

    A few years ago a tall fence was erected at the intersection of Salem/Cunningham St. It made it impossible to see pedestrian and vehicular traffic on Salem St. from stop sign.

    I would have thought it would be been taken down by now as I suspect/hope that zoning ordinances cover building a fence that close to the road that it blocks the ability to see oncoming traffic.
