    Overgrown weeds, trash dumping, and hazards. Needs to be maintained. Riverdale Park says Hyattsville responsible for maintenance.

    This tree is on the corner of 43rd AVE and east west. It was struck by lightning a few years ago and never cared for. Large branches fall — on the street and you can see how it broke a part of the fence. This is very dangerous for all of us walking and/or driving on these streets.

    Would love to see the stop sign on Oglethorpe updated to one of the blinking light stop signs. The current stop sign is slightly hidden by a telephone pole so the lights would assist in bringing attention to speeding vehicles

    My neighbor on 6006 43rd St., has passed away and the house has been empty for weeks. There is an enormous tree in his backyard that is looking dead. There have been very large limbs falling from the tree into the surrounding neighbors' yards. Many of these are certain to cause a fatality if it hit someone. I am afraid that the whole tree may come down at some point which could result in a tragedy if it falls over one of the houses.

    I don't know how to proceed and I seek guidance from the city.

    The brush in the alley (Oliver St) located next to 6100 44th Avenue, on the Hyattsville side, has been trimmed, but the overgrown bushes that have become like trees are up against our fence and extend over our fence into our yard. Please cut them all the way back, level with the fence so nothing hangs over. Thank you!
