    They have a 6 month old black lab locked up in the house. It hardly ever comes outside. When it does, its covered in urine and feces. Must mean its locked in a crate most of the time and has no place to go to the bathroom but in the crate. Think its cruel that an animal needs to live like this!

Allowing them to remain standing deminishes the value of people's properties who take pride in there homes and our town. It sets a very POOR precedence when coming into our humble town of Royersford.

    The intersection of 5th and chesnut needs to be a 4-way stop. Cars constantly speed up and down the street, and thou there is no reports of accidents im sure there have been several close calls especially with a playground right there. Also if you are crossing fifth on chesnut it nearly a blind intersection.

    This parking lot is a total mess. Construction trialers have been there for 3+years and now have all the windows broken out with ethnic slurs spray painted on the sides. Weeds haven't been cut in 2+ years. People leave their work trucks/trailers, boats, campers, etc. there for months at time. You can even buy a junk car with no bumpers for $100.00...or best offer! Keep it classy RoFo! It would be nice if the town could keep up with code enforcement. Things are not looking good on 2nd Ave.!

    This times light changes too frequently and it causes a major back up during rush hour. It changes when no one is there. Very annoying. Please either change the delay time or install a weight sensor to change the light.
