I have to call corruption within City Hall. There can be no other explanation for years of allowing Dakota Motor Co to break the law in spite of numerous complaints by concerned citizens. This is the single biggest blight on downtown Farmington. It must be stopped.

This company has room for less than 20 cars. Yet they have jammed more than 150 cars into every nook and cranny of the downtown Farmington business district. They have been doing this for years, including the park-and-ride lot. They need to operate legitimately in a facility that has adequate space. They are violating city ordinance right under the nose of the city and they've been allowed to do so for years.

Dakota Motors has filled a huge part of downtown with vehicles. They are jammed into every nook and cranny of the main downtown business district. There are more than 150 cars door-to-door and bumper-to-bumper. This is not a legitimate way to run car dealership. The city needs to put a stop to it for the sake of the community.
