    This property has a well documented and long history of completely neglecting any kind of regular landscaping or grass cutting. It is a well known issue among the residents in Butler Farms.

    As a homeowner in what I believe is one of the nicest up and coming developments in the area, not only is this yard an embarrassing “first impression” as you see the unkempt lawn right as you drive in, it also is an example of people who do not care to be good neighbors.

    This is a serious issue and has gone on for years where each summer they neglect their yard and allow it to grow unattended for weeks. Easily 4-6 weeks between cuts on average. Their lawn is littered with weeds, crabgrass and is a complete eyesore. Obetz needs to figure out how to get this situation remedied. It is a nuisance in the neighborhood, it lowers property values, and if action isn’t taken to correct this problem once and for all, I know I’m not the only one who is open to exploring legal action against the homeowners for nuisance.

    The Village of Obetz cannot allow this problem to continue and expect to attract new residents to the area.
