    The Elysium Logan construction project is currently in an exterior finishing phase and the foam-like material they are working with is breaking down and floating through the air and collecting in the common areas both in front of and in the alley ways of the surrounding buildings. It is beginning to cover the surrounding building windows and some of the particles are small enough to breathe in by passersby. This cannot be acceptable.
