    A large segment of the driveway apron is in a state of disrepair due to age, cracking asphalt, deterioration due to weight of driving pressure against water valve, wear and tear and street plowing. The water valve is protruding above the under surface and is a safety hazard to tires and a trip hazard for walkers. We at Terrace Place Condominiums respectfully request that the area be repaired and paved.

    The side walks, as well as the roads in the neighborhood are horrible. I can't even use my stroller on the side walk they are so bad. There for I have to walk my daughter in the road. They need to be fixed. We live too close to the Town Green for such poor conditions.
