please affirm the height of this fence is in compliance with city code. it was recently constructed in the last few months. would be curious to know if there was a fence permit filed.

White Ford truck parked on south side of 13th street has not moved in a month. Also, temporary tag on maroon car in driveway has had the dates changed 3x on it. I believe it's an illegal tag.

This property seems to have turned into a chop shop in the last month. Someone needs to get this property under control and police need to get their eyes on this house. They do almost all work in the street at night. Multiple vehicles are being torn apart weekly. Crap is pouring out in the yard also. Eyesore for the last 2 months.

After purchasing this single-family residence last year, Casasmiranda LLC has subdivided the residence into a multi-family, non- owner occupied, unit. Both units, with their separate entrances, are being rented on Airbnb. This has been done through the unpermitted addition of a basement bathroom, basement kitchen, fence, patio, etc.

This property is getting more disgusting by the day, bloody mattress, fish tank, cement slab, trash, over flowing drive off. It needs to be condemned if the owner wont keep it up!!

For Parks and Rec - Mulch and dirt needed in Boswell Park

Un-permitted accessory living structure being built. The carport is being converted into a living space, walls have been constructed from pallets and sheet plastic, power and water are diverted from the adjacent house, air conditioner has been installed, etc.

Resident uses the backyard as a toilet and regular burns trash on the ground including tires and aerosols . Police and fire trucks are a weekly occurrence and 2 neighbors have moved away due to the city and property manager not addressing this.

Sink hole has been repaired multiple times, and always begins sinking again. It will become very large if not addressed. Perhaps it is time to do a concrete repair.

This is not right that the neighborhood has to wait so long for a REPEAT slumlord offender to clean up his property, he comes over and looks at it and does nothing, this is an ongoing problem and he should have no warnings, the city should just clean it up and fine him, no more notices and long waits. Again today the refuse didn't pick up much of anything and the rest of it spills out into a public alley. This nuisance property should be padlocked.

Unsure of exact address but is in the 1400 block of Macvicar. AC has visited with owner about this dog before. Dog is always running loose and is aggressive towards other dogs and people. This photo was taken on the 1300 block of High at 10:30 am.

Kids that have been fighting at the park nightly come to Boswell Park and destroy the equipment. They've burned a hole in some and hit the slides with objects until they've caved in. Park police needs to be spending far more time here in the evenings.

This has been full of water for the past 2 months. It doesn't drain. I tried to find a drain and was not successful. It appears to be 4-6" deep at it's deepest. It's disgusting and mosquitos are starting to hatch from it.
