    Hello,

    This intersection requires additional signage to indicate who has the right of way and thus avoid potential collisions. Drivers travelling westbound on Culebra and NW on Vista both merge into Vista drive heading NW (departing the area of the triangular traffic island). There is no signage in either of these directions to yield or stop. I assume that drivers from Culebra should yield as they are entering Vista (whereas the other drivers are not). If so, please place a yield sign on Culebra. Keep in mind, however, that many people use this route as a cut through to Crystal Springs - you probably see more traffic on Culebra than on the lower parts of Vista. Thus, maybe you would like the Vista side to have the Yield sign????

    On Tuesday January 22nd, Benedetti Construction dumped a large pile of dirt on Fern Ct. No activity has occurred since January 22nd and the pile of dirt remains in the Town's off street parking and the right of way. It appears that the pile of dirt has been abandon and we are without the ability to use the two spaces in the parking stripe.

    I live at 1445 Oak Rim Dr. The building project next door (1435 Oak Rim) has been going on for 2 years and we are sick and tired of the noise. This morning(Saturday) the trucks start pulling by 6:45am with their backup beepers directly in front of my house. Work started at 6:50am. At 7:20 I told the boss he had to stop as it was too early. We have lived in this community since 1979 and I do not care if these ugly, contemporary homes are being built in many places. What should be the main concern is the people living near or, in our case, next door putting up with this BS for this long. I have not complained until today and I will make sure from this point on the workers follow the rules.

    We need an"Oncoming traffic does not stop" sign here, for cars stopping on Roblar at the Santa Inez intersection. Santa Inez traffic heading toward ECR does not need to stop here. This is not intuitive, however, to traffic stopped on Roblar. They may assume that the oncoming traffic will stop before veering left, across the Roblar intersection, toward ECR. Even cars that stop on Roblar assume that they have the right of way vs. oncoming traffic.

    Tree Branch #2 . Dangerous branches larger then the tree trunk hanging over Fern Ct. Direction: to locate the tree, drive down Fern Ct and on the right side of the street near the dilapidated barn (belonging to 2260 Redington) you'll see the oak tree in the corner of the property and behind the chain link fence. Early this morning around 5 am, the oak tree across the street dropped a large branch. Fortunately, nobody was hurt. I posted a seeclickfix notification for the fallen oak branch, this is a separate concern.
