The construction of the new townhome community resulted in digging in the street to connect utilities, but the pavement that they put back down settled and there's a massive dropoff in the road that requires driving off into the grass to avoid.
8048 Clark Station Rd Severn, MD 21144, USA - Severn
the sediment pond on the corner of bradley and clark station overflows and dumps to the back of the house on clark station. This flows and creats a pond behind 8057 and 8063 clark station. the county said the pond should not flow in that direction but nothing has been done.
The resident at 7713 Harmans Road has a vehicle in the front yard filled with trash, there is trash all over the driveway and along side the house all over the back yard. The trash falls over into my front yard.
This neighbor continues to harass my household about parking their vehicle on the street. The vehicles are not blocking his driveway and all vehicles are insured and registered.
His property is a eye sore to the community and to me when I'm trying to enjoy my view from my balcony. I don't want to have to deal with rats because of his unkept property.
The county required dry wells for roof runoff do not drain. They are full year round. Being on a slope with my neighbors drywell full, my yard has giant water blister every time it rains. The ground in right rear nearest their underground well swells 1-2 feet high. This is eroding my ground causing sink holes I have filled twice this year. While private property this was a county requirement that is causing a danger due to poor engineering with no soil percolating tests
I have a underground stream in the back of my house.my neighbor installed a pool last year and capped off a drain pipe that lets the water run to the street drain. now the water is backing up in my yard. I need to run the water to the drain to get the water from my back yard.Is this possible?
There are no speed limit signs on Lucky Rd. Can they be installed? Also can both incoming and outgoing signs on Danza Road have a warning sign to warn drivers to slow down for pedestrians? There are no sidewalks in Danza Village, and too many vehicles are not respecting the safety of people and/or their pets. This is an on-going safety issue which the county police have not been addressing. Thank you.
Water from Clark Station Road drains through 1224, 1222 and 1220 Bradley Road directly into a conservation area within the Cottonwood Community. Without a storm water drain at this location the pollutants from the road are running through these properties and allowing the water to stand in the conservation area. The water that is left standing in this conservation area is killing the once established trees. These trees were once thriving and due to the improper draining of the roads runoff water have been left to die.
