The water is off with no warning. We paid our bill. I do not know why we don’t have water. This is ridiculous

The resident at 7713 Harmans Road has a vehicle in the front yard filled with trash, there is trash all over the driveway and along side the house all over the back yard. The trash falls over into my front yard.
This neighbor continues to harass my household about parking their vehicle on the street. The vehicles are not blocking his driveway and all vehicles are insured and registered.
His property is a eye sore to the community and to me when I'm trying to enjoy my view from my balcony. I don't want to have to deal with rats because of his unkept property.

My yard is so wet that my handyman cannot drive his mower over it without getting stuck. Based on past experience, he believes it is due to a clog in a storm drain on 1st Street between Georgia Avenue and Illinois Avenue. He says that when that drain was cleared before, the yard has dried up nicely. Please send someone as soon as possible to check and clear that drain or determine if there is some other reason for all this ground water.

Large are of trash being burned. Visible in sky and from road. Fence is open enough to see that there are several portable toilets on property and an extreme number of trash bags being burned creating a smokey haze

The construction of the new townhome community resulted in digging in the street to connect utilities, but the pavement that they put back down settled and there's a massive dropoff in the road that requires driving off into the grass to avoid.

the sediment pond on the corner of bradley and clark station overflows and dumps to the back of the house on clark station. This flows and creats a pond behind 8057 and 8063 clark station. the county said the pond should not flow in that direction but nothing has been done.

Old refrigerator on front lawn. It’s doors are still on making it a safety hazard.

The new playground in the park is completely flooded under the rubber surface. This morning it was like walking on the water bed. We could feel the water moving under the rubber cover, nowhere to escape. The water just gushes when stepping at the edge. The entire playground felt like that. I would be worried the lasting effect it may have on the safety of that playground.

I have a underground stream in the back of my house.my neighbor installed a pool last year and capped off a drain pipe that lets the water run to the street drain. now the water is backing up in my yard. I need to run the water to the drain to get the water from my back yard.Is this possible?
