garbage all over this parking area/worksite used by Onni construction crews

There are three wooden pieces sticking out of the ground from a former Onni sign. they are not marked and i know of people tripping on them. They need to be removed asap before someone gets hurt. Corner of Memorial Dr and Francis way in Memorial park

This is what it looks like at 14 East Royal Ave, New Westminster. The littercan at the bus stop is too small and crows like to take rubbish out too as there is no lid. This is not sanitary at all and rubbish on the ground stays like this up to a week.
Can we solve this problem by

A) Install bigger black litter bin that has covered lid on 14 E Royal Ave bus stop (Low rise Victoria Hill)

And

B) Move bigger black litter bin in front of 15 E Royal Ave (High rise Victoria Hill) to the opposite bus stop or install new one too. This will help reducing rubbish for both sides of the road.

There is a person living under the tree in front of The Lookout at Victoria Hill. He/She has set up cooking equipment too under the tree. Although he/she made very cozy home it will be fire hazard. The tree is located on the front lawn facing Fraser river on the hill. As you can see from the picture building on the left side is The Lookout and the red circle indicates his/her home/kitchen. Can someone address this issue please.

I have been a resident of this area over ten years and I am getting very sick of people feeding ducks EVERYDAY at the pond on the 26 East Royal Ave. I tried to talk with them (Yes, it is not just one person. I see so many "regular adults" doing this!) and I don't think it is registering to them that it is both harmful to ducks and not sanitary with human because we have to walk over ducks' poo on the sidewalk everyday.

Please please please have a BIG sign that says do not feed ducks or you will get fined. I really hope this can be resolved soon.

I lived on Victoria hill about 7 years ago for about 5 years. During that time Onni was still developing their “Master Planned” neighborhood. Around this time there was already a shortage of parking, and this was way before the towers on the east side and the center block. The city entrusted Onni to do a parking study of some sort to determine whether or not there was/is adequate parking in Victoria Hill. To nobody’s surprise Onni reported to the city that there was adequate parking and the city took their word for it. When you drive around Victoria Hill you dont have to be a civil engineer to see that there is very little parking and I’m sure finding a spot is a nightmare. People that are Evo customers complain that they have paid for Evo and can’t find a spot. What about the other residents that pay huge insurance rates, plus out of control gasoline prices and property taxes they can’t find a spot either? This whole preferred parking for Evo is a joke. Rode sharing is great but find a spot like everyone else. We moved out of Victoria hill because we could see that this master planned community wasn’t thought out very well at all and the city did (and continues) to do nothing about it.

Request a review of having a dedicated left signal leaving Victoria Hill. I see so many people go straight through to victoria hill from Royal on the right turn only and it's a risk to anyone turning left. Hope this makes sense

Non evo car parked in evo only spot. Please ticket and tow. I pay for eco usage and this includes parking that evo pays the city for.

Distinct pungent smell of sewage again in the neighbourhood. Before, there are sewage backups which caused this. Seems strong close to the pond, and at night (?).
