Timing for thru traffic inn creedmoor is short. It’s giving a left turn into the crabtree deck where there is no one waiting. Construction traffic seems to get the signal in their favor immediately now. Causing big backups on creedmoor and Glenwood yesterday evening and this morning for both commutes.

The whole street in between Duraleigh and Pleasant Valley needs to be re paved with new traffic markings. There are multiple potholes some which have been repaired but still are multiple whines on sides center and marking are not clear. Cars are driving in middle lane where center yellow lines is faded.

Please repair and extend sidewalk to complete all of Jeffrey's Grove Road from Creedmoor to Creedmoor. Many children walk to/from school and must dodge fast moving vehicles or walk through yards. This is a major safety concern and should be corrected asap.

Dangerous intersection

There is a pothole about two feet in diameter and around 8 inches deep in front of the Fresh ice cream business.

the owner parks a vehicle, on the street, just after the curve, in the roadway. This is very dangerous because he has allowed shrubbery, tree limbs, and weeds to obstruct the vehicle and right of way. The car is parked on the street for 16-18 hours a day and is not visible until you actually almost hit it. They have been asked to please trim the shrubbery back and have refused. There will eventually be an accident.

Parking on city streets.
Parkwood is a dead end road. All houses have large driveways. Many people leave the driveways empty and park on the street. At the crest of Parkwood people continually park cars on both sides of the street with limited view to on coming traffic.
Also a first responder issue, I will attach a photo. I know how wide fire engines are. If the neighbors will allow the engines to collide with them to get to my house in an emergency and they foot the bill, no problem.

The only Curb Access in this area needs to be painted to code in order to keep folks from accidentally parking in front of it and keeping disabled folks from entering the school. Extending the Access Aisle would be nice, if possible. thank you.

The timing of the lights going northbound on Highway 50 between Glen Eden and Millbrook needs to be evaluated. It took 20 minutes to go between Parklake and Millbrook yesterday which is less than 2 miles. The timing is so bad that the intersections often get blocked and drivers are vicious, cutting each other off.

Having the north bound left lane on Edwards Mill go from straight to left only is really confusing for drivers. During rush hour, the light backs up so badly that markings on the road are not visible. Drivers unfamiliar with the intersection end up having to push into a solid lane of cars to continue straight. Roadway markings should be changed to eliminate this added confusion to an already very busy intersection.
