    A large tree has partially fallen across Highland Ave. It is currently held aloft by a small sapling. The sapling holding up the tree is bent at an extreme angle, and doesn't figure to hold up much longer.

    In addition to automotive traffic, this road has a high volume of joggers, bicyclists, and people walking their pets.

    In the past two weeks, we have experienced 3-4 separate incidents of illegal dumping of tree and yard waste. In two of the cases, large diameter logs have been left behind. The piles are an eyesore, and are partially blocking the view of the road.

    The 35 MPH speed sign has been broken off at ground level. It is lying on the ground about 100 ft. from the corner of East Lake Dr and Highland Ave on the Highland side in Tarpon Springs.

    Good sized pothole right in the middle of the road. There is also a second smaller one about 30yards to the East.
