this house has had no work on it for years

Property consistently has trash by the road. A bedframe has been there for close to a month. Garbage bins are never pulled away from the road. The entire site is an eyesore. Not sure if Cousin Eddie is visiting or if the motorhome is just a decoration for the holidays. It absolutely infuriates me that the owner is allowed to get away with this. Nothing. Ever. Changes. I now know why outsiders make jokes about Allegan.

Garage is falling down with roof caving in. Plywood covering the roof of the house. In the backyard on the Russell Street side the fence is falling over and overgrown with weeds/grass.

Junk/Trash around house and yard. Garage is damaged. Windows are boarded, missing, or improperly sealed.

This household has had a toilet in their side yard for over a week. And yet another toilet and their upper porch. Their side porch is literally falling in!! It is in an unsafe condition!! Once again we are disappointed the city has not condemned or glattened this house after several vacancies/bankruptcies.

These people are like vampires. They sleep all day and wake up at night turning on Loud stereo in the garage and working on mechanics/cars while others are sleeping. Or trying to.
