    Not sure if this is legal. Putting a box between connected driveways on the apron of the driveways. I have called the City of Oshkosh three times. Someone was going to come out and take a picture and let me know. I have not heard from the City for over two weeks.

    Tenant has had a broken screen door sitting on side of house for at least 4 days, very visible from the road or when I walk by.

    I wish they’d have a little pride in taking care of their home.

    Multiple issues when we first moved in. Notified landlord and they told us to put it on the paper and they would get to it. Turned in that paper and they said they wouldn't look at it for about a week. After two and a half weeks of no response we messaged them and they told us they wont get to them until September even though one of the issues is mold and no hot water. We received a lot of attitude from them. These are not the only issues, we have more. We would like to break our lease and move. We believe we have enough evidence to do so.
