huge amount of trash on street and front yard due to influx of many people living in home

Mattress and sofa couch was dumped illegally between R Ave and e 4th street.

There is a homeless encampment directly behind my house. There is trash and debris which are a fire hazard as well as public health concern. The people use the bathroom , fight and play loud music. The people in the encampment have set fires as well as randomly walking around in neighbors backyards. We have damaged fences. The police have been called. We have been told that there’s no crime in being homeless. However there is a crime in creating fire hazards, debris and human waste in an outdoor space.

Very high weeds. Unsightly and a fire hazard

There are delivery trucks and trash trucks that service Castle Manor at 4am-6am in the morning The noise wakes up my sick husband and the rest of our family that have to work and go to school. This morning the delivery truck was there at 3:56am. Isn't there a noise oridinace law that protects the neighbors? 7am would be ok but not 4am. This is not only during the week but weekends as well.

back to parking on the sidewalk and double parking on the street! blocking 1 direction of the street. White truck still in the same spot for over 1 wk...they have ample parking on their driveway and on rest of the property.

Some days I saw them sleeping in this area. Every day, you can see their possessions in grocery carts and they would be nowhere to be found. They have also been loitering behind residences 1408, 1416 and 1432. There is also a new grocery cart with several things in it behind 1431 Grove St. It's under the big tree slightly uphill.

Encampment set up on T Ave sidewalk just North of 8th Street

Every time this van shows up there are lawn mower and other trash all over the sidewalk.now there is a passed out person on the sidewalk
