    I'm not sure exact address. Same place as where Dr. Jacoby passed away on trail. I was recently injured when I wrecked my bike into the same cement wall/ pillar, as Dr. Jacoby. I have been too loopy on pain meds, since my surgery to address this til now, Can someone PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, put some type of barrier around that cement wall. When you wreck there that's what you hit! I didnt know about Dr. Jacoby, until after my wreck, and I have since heard about others wrecking there too. The ground was dry, it's just too sharp of a turn to make going down hill I such a short space. I am so worried a child might get hurt there. I wish I could have reported it sooner than today.     Multiple disabled vehicles parked in yard, driveway, and street. The street is almost impossible to drive down sometimes due to all the vehicles parked outside this house. Appear to be running a mechanic operation from the driveway as the vehicles are always different. There is a large tent in the driveway where they work on vehicles. Personal vehicle a small suv/Jeep type vehicle is usually parked in the yard.

    On Friday, July 2, you or your contracted mowers were mowing Edgewater Park and got to close to my west fence, catching the fence, and damaging it. I would like an assurance that persons mowing the park will be advised to stay 3 feet away from my fence. I will mow that area outside my fence.

    I have two request for this address. The first is there is a white car with no tags that races through our neighborhood. There is another car at same address that also races through. It is a black car with a red stripe. The white car is new as the driver had raced through and took the corner at 28th and Moundview too fast and wrecked into the car, still sitting in the driveway wrecked.
    My second question is, is it possible and how would could I pay to have speed bumps put in at 3 different areas to slow down these two drivers. We have young children that play at 28th and Moundview Dr. Thank you.

    Numerous potholes in EB and WB lanes of SW 29th from Gage to Fairlawn. Mostly due to chunks of concrete being knocked out of the poor joint repairs that occurred 7-8 years ago on this section of street. The City of Topeka knew this problem would rise up to bite it someday and that day is July 20, 2021. Bring several full trailers for repairs.

    Shunga is a rough ride from about Duncan ct to James St. possibly even farther down from James St. there is a section of concrete in the westbound lane that is raised up next to a storm drain on the curve by where the Silver Ford Focus parks.
