More than two weeks have passed in stormy below freezing weather without indoor heating and heated water. Chapter 9: Health, Safety, and Sanitation covers issues at my place of living, as well as Chapter 11: Morals and Conduct for this group of people and the manager intending to cause harm while not giving clear answers pertaining to policies, and agreements or the restoration of agreed arrangements. The rental agreement is not adhered daily. Chapter 12, Article 2 covers several issues occuring. I'm beginning to think that 12-2-27 Hate Crimes might cover these occurrences. I don't see anything about brainwash, but my neighbors awake all night might be covered by Chapter 12 as well. The waste container is overfilled often and I spoke beneficially to the manager about waste management a few weeks after move in. He has been ignoring many concerns as of late, and cruel is knowing the weather, my low income, and not attempting to swiftly resolve the issue and telling me to buy an electric heater. I have text messages that are repeating false action and several issues. The mailing unit is non-functional...leading to more mail issues. This residentail manager needs help.

Vagrant individuals at the bus stop just north of Central on northbound Coors doing drugs. There is feces on the curb and the bus stop reeks of urine. feces and body odor.

Why must the citizens of Albuquerque have to constantly put up with situations like this.

Albuquerque is known for its refusal to do anything about the homeless so it makes it even more inviting to vagrants, vagrant criminals and other ilk.

There is a bus stop on northbound Coors just north of Central Avenue. People waiting for the bus can't utilize the actual bus stop because of the needles, filth and stench.

There has been issues with homeless individuals in this area for some time.

It is disgusting that people waiting for the bus have to hold clothing over their faces because of the filth and stench.

Please take immediate and aggressive action in dealing with this!

Transients stop at this location several times every day and openly use drugs, urinate and defecate here. Police and CSW have responded in the past. CSW worker advised transients are able to use electricity somehow from the PNM box located there. Neighbors in area would like this section closed off for safety as transients become very hostile when asked to leave. There are kids in the neighborhood .lik

    Dear City Council,

I am writing to express my concern about the deplorable conditions of the bus stop located at Coors and Central. As a regular bus rider, I am deeply troubled by the unsanitary conditions and unsafe environment that has become the norm at this location.

The bus stop is littered with trash, including overflowing bins, discarded food wrappers, and empty bottles. The surrounding area is also unclean and graffiti covers the structure. The overall impression is one of neglect and disregard for the health and safety of bus riders.

In addition to the unsanitary conditions, I also feel unsafe using this bus stop. The area is poorly lit, and there is a noticeable lack of security presence. I have witnessed instances of loitering and drug use, which has left me feeling vulnerable and afraid.

I am concerned that the current state of this bus stop is not only deterring people from using public transportation but also putting the safety of bus riders at risk. I urge you to take immediate action to address this issue.

I propose the following measures to improve the condition of the bus stop:

Increase the frequency of trash collection and ensure that bins are emptied regularly.
Implement a regular cleaning schedule for the surrounding area, including removing graffiti and urine soaked concrete.
Install improved lighting to enhance visibility and deter crime.
Increase security presence in the area, either through regular patrols or the presence of a security officer, or by installing surveillance cameras.
I believe that these measures would go a long way in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for bus riders. I urge you to prioritize this issue and take the necessary steps to improve the condition of the bus stops.

Thank you for your time and consideration.
