Huge pile of trash outside 1420 Edison

I discovered the spray paint on this business two weeks ago when I visited the neighboring Boston Market. The employees at Boston Market explained the spray paint has been on the building for over three months. As you can see from the pictures what has been spray painted on the building is politically charged.

After seeing this I reached out to the manager of the complex, Marcel Pearl, by phone and email. He responded and said the owners do not know how to remove the graffiti and do not have a date in mind as to when it will be removed. The presence of this spray paint defacing images of black people only strengths the present political divides in our country and community. I hope that a blight violation from the City will motivate the business to respect the community it is in and remove the spray paint immediately. As my communications have been unsuccessful.

Someone constantly dumps garbage at on both sides of the alley off of Woodrow Wilson between Atkinson and Edison.

Alley is becoming incredibly overgrown in alley behind 2007 W. Boston. Rats/rodents are starting to be noticed by neighbors. Please notify residents of that address to clean it up or ticket them for not alley blight.

This owner continues to dump trash, tree branches etc behind his house on 36 Edison. He has no fence in the backyard and his dog has gotten loose many times. The dog is tied now to a link and lays in the mud.

cars speeding 70+ mph down Linwood and LaSalle, sometimes side streets like Edison and Longfellow

once again the east alley on Woodrow Wilson between Edison and Atkinson is being used as a dump site

Tree Issue: Resident called to report a lot of tree debris left from the August storm. There are debris piles from Woodward to Oakland on E. Boston Blvd.

Stop sign on west bound Boston Blvd at Third is completely obstructed by tree branch

Plowing needed throughout Boston-Edison neighborhood.

The residents at 1705 West Boston Blvd. continually dump their bulk trash on the median.

This is an ongoing problem. Don't know if it's a City or Edison problem. Asphalt has been placed into this hole, but the asphalt is just going to the bottom. There is still a hole a this location and there is no barricade there as of this time. Tow truck has remove vehicle from this location after driving into the hole
