Reporting N Washington Ave for repair. Road work is needed.

Large unfinished hole from crews originally remedying a manhole cover issue. Depression is becoming deeper, and the previous interim attempt to fill it with sand/dirt did not last long.

Every day people race from drew street, down N Prescott Ave, turn right on Jackson and then turn left to head north on North Betty to avoid the light on Drew Street and North Betty. I have personally witnessed multiple animals get hit and killed because of the people racing down the “shortcut” to avoid the light. Can we please add speed bumps and not speed tables. There are kids and animals that cross multiple times per day. If I need to get a signed petition, I will. Please call and I can explain further.

neighbor behind filled in swale in easement and now the backyard of 416 is flooding and nearly flooded the house last Nov. Mr. Jacobsen would like to meet with someone to see if we can fix or make the neighbor fix the drainage issue. He advises he did not have this issue before the new neighbor filled in the swale last year. He will be home after noon today or call if coming another time.

Dying laurel Oak and limbs continuing to fall during each gust of wind.

I believe someone or the city is spraying naphthalene, paradichlorobenzene, or another strong pesticide by the tracks. It is done every few months and the smell goes through the neighborhood. It’s so toxic, it’s hard to walk outside.

My backyard flooded and all of Washington Ave from Drew st North was flooded. This is an ongoing issue. The drainage ditch needs to be cleaned out asap!
