Large unfinished hole from crews originally remedying a manhole cover issue. Depression is becoming deeper, and the previous interim attempt to fill it with sand/dirt did not last long.

I believe someone or the city is spraying naphthalene, paradichlorobenzene, or another strong pesticide by the tracks. It is done every few months and the smell goes through the neighborhood. It’s so toxic, it’s hard to walk outside.

Bulk trash has not been picked up on this section of Jackson for weeks. The rest of the street has had bulk pick-up for 3 weeks.

We have tons of mosquitos in the area.

Unused swimming pool filled with water and no filter or cleaning

This neighbor is constantly burning yard waste every day, ruining the air quality in the neighborhood. it constantly smells like smoke and it bothers the neighbors who have asthma. it starts at 8am every morning and goes up to 8pm and 9pm.

I made the city aware of dead Laurel Oak over the phone in early September 2024. Some widowmakers are hanging, and branches continue to drop over the street and sidewalk. The Laurel across the street also needs to be removed.
