The BJ’s wholesale cub continues night after night to violate the Anne Arundel County nighttime noise ordinance.

The issues occur almost every night but seem to be particularly bad between Monday and Thursday. The unloading of trucks in the middle of the night causes extreamly loud noises between 10pm and 5am. Noise levels are high enough that on occasion will cause my house to shake. The loading and unloading of trucks is in addition to the frequent horn blowin, dumpster emptying and truck idling that occurrs between 10pm and 5am. I can’t not emphasize enough how regular and illegal this behavior is.

We have called the police and so far no progress has been made.

I didn’t make the zoning laws but I expect both businesses and individuals to follow them.

Following up on Health Department investigation from previous complaint and new inquiry. If trash pick up leaves all the junk and debris, should the county have the homeowner/renter/tenant clean the need up?

A large pile of bricks and debris along with a few illegal road cones and an untagged vehicle have been abandoned on our street for years. I'm not sure who they belong to but I have confirmed that it is nobody that lives on this street.

During little league baseball games & soccer games at Corkran Middle School parents think nothing of parking in people’s yards. There’s are plenty of no parking signs but that doesn’t stop them. Police have been called numerous times, citations given yet it still does not stop. These parents leave their trash all over in yards including dirty diapers. Thank God no ones house has caught on fire or need an ambulance because emergency vehicles would never get down the road. I just want to know what else can be done since the no parking signs do nothing and now when the police are called they just ride by.

We have an infestation of gnats in our home. Because of this, we had an exterminator come by and he said its because of the large unkempt swampy area (open space) behind our home. The sewage area is not maintained and hasn't been cut in months. He mentioned that all of the neighbors along Hartwell Road will experience this discomfort until the problem is fixed and the area is maintained on a regular basis. Therefore, its pointless for us to pay for treatment because it will be a temporary fix when there is a much bigger problem that needs to be addressed.

it's 12:11am 2/4 and there's very loud banging noises coming from the BJs parking lot. It sounds like the dumpster is being emptied. It is very loud and has awaken my entire household.

It is my understanding that this path and gate is on county land and has been used to get from Southgate toward OMMN, OMMS, and OMHS for decades. The new residents at 330 Argus Lane have chained that gate shut. As a result, our children’s walk distance is nearly doubled.

To be prepared if the residents are confrontational, I would like to avoid an incident. Please let me know where I could confirm that this path is indeed on county property and that the resident would not be proper to chain the gates. If that is not the case, I would raise that the path has been commonly used for this purpose by the community since the 1990s at least.

Wondering what is taking so long on the paving of Stewart road? Those guys have been out there for over a month and now they come for a few hours if they come at all. The roads are all tore up with mounds in the middle all over. When will this be complete. This is ridiculous.

My mother in law lives in building 7908 there is a man that also lives in that building that digs in the dumpsters daily. He removes items from the dumpsters and brings them into the apartment building and places them under the stairs. The hallway smells and now little bugs are flying around the building. We have noticed the bugs inside of her apartment and when she enters her apartment the smell from the hallway follows her inside of her apartment and she has to spray air freshener when entering. She has not had bug or rodent issues since she has lived here but were worried this will cause them to come.

Consistent backup beep from trucks unloading at BJ's be has been on for about 20 minutes as of writing this. There also continues to be slamming sounds whole unloading. These deliveries happen throughout the night and are disruptive to the health of Creekstone residents what are trying to sleep.
