    Of the 16 lights on the Dorset Avenue bridge, 12 are burnt out and a number of those also have broken globes.

    This matter was reported on a rather public forum with 3700 members, consisting of Ventnor full-time residents, seasonal homeowners, and non-residents who own businesses in the town. As such it has a high degree of visibility. Please dispatch a maintenance crew with bulbs to replace what has burnt out. Please ask the crew to take an inventory of broken globes so that replacements can be ordered. And image is being uploaded of the resident posting alerting everyone to the situation on the bridge. Thanks in advance for your prompt attention to this matter which has high visibility.

    Can't provide photo it's dark. 10:10 PM Costello Roofing is still installing shingles. Cannot put Grandchildren to bed for the noise. One guy is holding a flashlight while the other guy nails shingles 40 feet in the air in the dark. This is extremely dangerous for the workers, and noisy and unfair to the neighbors. Costello roofing must be using debatable workers to be willing to put their lives on the line and disturb the entire neighborhood after 10 at night doing roofing.

    As previously reported, several residents continue to park their vehicles over the sidewalk making it very difficult for our grandson to get by. He rides with training wheels. Please do what is necessary for code compliance and safety.

    Build up of weeds and trash in the area between the boardwalk and Dudley Ave ramp. This was previously reported last June still unresolved. Accumulation of weeds and water
    water bottles cover the area. Plus seawall is cracked in multiple vertical and horizontal places.

    Its not a parking issue, but there isn't a traffic category on this site. Please add some stop signs along Winchester Avenue. People driving on Rosborough and other cross streets pull out, as if these intersections are 4-way stops.

    Meanwhile, cars are flying down Winchester because there are no stop signs. I see a near-collision virtually every day.

    This has been going on for 4 years now. No enforcement. Calls have been made, e-mails have been sent, see click fix, etc for 4 years, someone is going to get killed and for some reason it has been allowed to continue. The documentation is there. Please ticket these people before it is too late to save a life. It has gone on for years unenforced is only a matter of time before it becomes a tragedy on the news and in the paper. Strollers cannot pass by without going out into the street at a busy intersection with cars turning into the stroller's path all the time.
    4 weeks in a row now this year alone. Neighbors have complained and it just falls on deaf ears. Please don't let the dead child end up being one of our grandsons.

    Residents have large German Shepard on porch most days and for many hours during the day. Dog barks constantly and stands against the railing every time someone walks by. Porch is very close to sidewalk. Dog is very intimidating due size. I have seen people walking actually move to the other side of the street because of their concern. Dog is very threatening. This may be more of an issue for the SPCA but people walking by house shouldn’t be intimidated and be fearful. There isn’t a a type below that describes this issue.
