Morganton public works

I live on Music Mountain Rd. in Morganton. This is a private road so the state does not maintain it, but it is a huge safety concern! It is extremely rough and has potholes everywhere. On some parts of the road, the gravel just drops off and it's on a mountain, so it's a huge safety issue, especially in bad weather. The road is so narrow that only one car can fit though at the same time and it is a long road. It would be very difficult for emergency vehicles to make it up this road. It desperate
