There is no question in my mind that these people are engaging in illegal activities at this address. They play their music loudly night and day. No matter WHAT time I am out there (11 PM, 2 AM and on Monday at 4 AM) there are cars coming and going and people going in to the house for only a few minutes. They are obviously dealing drugs. There are cars up and down Sterling Place with out of state plates

My neighbor in back of me on Sterling Street is blasting music constantly. I am a physician working from home and it is disruptive to my seeing patients during the daytime. Additionally they play this horrible music late in to the night as well. What can I do to remedy this. Thank you

This is a boarding house that has too many tenants in excess of its approval. At a neighborhood meeting, neighbors reported suspected prostitution and drug dealing at the house

Too much trash in the backyard, mosquitoes can reproduce in those containers.

PLEASE stop using **heavy CAT equipment** to pick up leaf piles at Clinton Park, corner of Brooklawn and North!
You are destroying grass root systems, causing very large areas without grass, and subsequent ponding in those areas when it rains.
**Also, those areas need to be re-seeded**.
This equipment has only been used in recent years. I've lived in the neighborhood for 23 years. We didn't have this issue in the past.
You were able to get the leaves into dump trucks without using CAT equipment before......you can do it again!

Music so loud you can hear for blocks away.....as if there the only one that matters..

This property hosts a flea market every weekend in violation of the City regulations. It creates traffic issues, blocks off the side street and interferes with the neighboring church's services.

Almost every weekend this house holds an illegal Flee market in its yard. This causes traffic jams as well as looks bad.

Loud music again tonight from 41 Sterling Place. Monday night same. Called police on Monday, no police went. Tonight, police are all on emergency calls, so no hope again for action.

This house is blasting music at all hours of the day and night. I called the police as instructed on this site and was told the Police could not come out due to COVID-19. The music was so loud yesterday I could here it through the walls with the windows close, the air conditioning unit on and trying to play my own music. I work from home and this is UNACCEPTABLE!!

Please do something, too many trash under rear porch. We can't have a life outside in our backyard.
