Grass getting high at this Shelby County Tax Sale property

grass and bushes are above waist high and intruding into the neighbors yard (front and back). trash left in open garage and rodents visible. grass needs cutting immediately. people are not able to walk on the sidewalk in front of house

Hello, our beautiful Jesse Turner park needs some additional trash urns. There are four benches along the trail of the park, but none of those benches have any trash cans near them. People enjoy themselves on those benches and discard their empty bottles, cans, food wraps right around those benches because trash cans are too far away. Eventually all that trash gets blown around the park and gives the beautiful park a very sad and dirty appearance. I see crews clean up the park regularly, but I also see trash right after cleaning.
The city also installed two beautiful picnic tables, but no trash cans around.
Please find 4-6 trash cans to install near each bench and save time on the maintenance of the park.
On a side note, it is very good to see that the city is taking care of the park, thank you for that. Maybe eventually the city could consider fixing the trail with rubberized surface from recycled tires just like it was proposed for T.O. Fuller park. Jesse Turner park carries a great and very important name and with all of its athletic facilities, it only makes sense to fix the half mile trail.

Several people I know got COV19 at this place and the owner has been ignoring the rules since Memphis had everyone shutdown. Basically she never shutdown. Now these same people are spreading COV19 in Memphis. We as neighbors at times cannot get into our driveways on nights she is open due to her customers parking in front of our houses. The crowd has been small since people know a lot of those customers got COV19

The water fountain has never been completed. It is wasteful because the structure deteriorates much faster. The park is supposedly in phase 3 of its rehab, it is sad to see something good being abandoned like that. There is also gang graffiti on one of the newly installed picnic tables.
