    Blight house. It burned down years ago and owner (older Asian man) is still living in it, without electricity or running water. City demoed the hoarded trash and barrier on the front of the property, and put up a new fence to keep people out... owner came back after they left, cut the locks off and is still here.

    Owner hoards garbage as well as a pack of small dogs (that seem to change frequently). Owner throws food in the street every morning for birds and rats. Seems to catch and collect the rats for some reason.... watching for more than 2 minutes (when the dogs weren't in the yard) and counted no less than 12 rats running around, which is negatively impacting every property on this side of both this block, as well as the one behind his overgrown, non-maintained yard.

    This individual is badly in need of mental help services. Among others.

    No. no more! New homeless encampment right near the Hoover School under underpass at 35 th street and West. Tent set up. We have 7 encampments with in walking distance from this tent. The one in MLK blocks the sidewalk and is a real problem. No more. Please take care of this. The tent can and should be set up in the city sanctioned encampments.

    The homeless encampment has got to go on MLK between 36th and 37th streets. It's a den of drugs, prostitution, and garbage. You can't even walk on the sidewalk - both sides are completely blocked.
    I've filed a grievance with the police dept to enforce the laws that prohibit these tent cities, but I'm sure it will go nowhere. Someone has to do something, though. This area is a direct route to BART for many of us and it's dangerous and disgusting.

    Homeless encampment under the bridge, between 35th and 36th and Market St. Camp is growing bigger. It was one tent, now it's more than 5 and it will grow if you don't stop this. It is not safe for adults and especially KIDS to walk to school. Please help!

    There's a large RV frequently parked on this street with a companion white/yellow box truck. Tonight the RV was spewing gallons of some foul-smelling liquid (maybe grey water?) all over the street. This is right in front of the playground of a day care center, and right across the street from an elementary school.

    URGENT public health & safety concern near preschool.

    An RV with no license plate and two vehicles (plates: 59998125 and 49718375) have been parked on a residential street for an extended period (over a month or 2), exceeding the 72-hour limit. The RV appears to be used as a residence.

    There is accumulated waste and debris on the street and sidewalk, creating unsanitary conditions. An unleashed pit bull dog is present at times, posing a serious safety risk.

    This location is directly adjacent to Au Beau Séjour French Preschool, impacting the health and safety of our young children, families, and staff, especially during school drop-off and pick-up hours.

    Photos attached are 3 photos of the RV, vehicles and the waste accumulation.

    Immediate attention requested due to public health, sanitation, and child safety concerns.

    Today a truck brought over 3 tents and around 2 bags of garbage that is completely blocking access to the sidewalk. People are already starting to live on the street and use our front green space as a bathroom.
