There appears to be poisonous Wild Parsnip growing rampant in the front lawn of this empty house. Someone walking on the sidewalk could easily come into contact with it.

I don't know if this is a city issue or property owner issue but the grass is very tall at the intersection of Sumner and 3rd Ave sw. I have difficulty seeing cars approaching from the north without pulling out into the traffic lane.
