    The restaurant, Star Thai And Sushi, have been blocking off PUBLIC parking spaces for their valet. This is illegal.
    In addition to taking away PUBLIC spaces its creates a huge traffic and pedestrian safety issue in that they also block off the main road to the PUBLIC parking lot staging cars.
    This is the 2nd complaint I've made

    This house at 4847 Commonwealth Drive, Siesta Key recently sold and is now being advertised as a rental with multiple rentals a month. That is not allowed as the zoning in this area is one rental per month. House may also have had some non permitted work as it is advertised as a f bedroom when it sold as a 4 bedroom. I have been told they are utilizing a non compliant area downstairs as a bedroom. Not against rentals, just against breaking the rules and all the noise.

    Michael Sprout is the new sheriff in town however he still leaves his garbage way into thursday during the day...I snapped this photograph at 4:30 on Thursday when trash should be picked up on Wednesday. It is creating a foul smell and is attracting many other siesta key rats.

    I am not sure if something changed in terms of mosquito control in our area, but for a couple of days now, it has almost been impossible to leave the house during the day or night. Within seconds in the yard (particular the front yard and street area), I have dozens of mosquitos sitting on my arms and legs and biting. I made my way to Windward Avenue around the corner and it is the the same thing there, so it seems to be a wider spread problem. Please help and spray!

    Homeowner, Mike Cosentino at the above property consistently has his property in disarray. Currently, there are boats and work trailers at his residence which is unsightly in our neighborhood. His home is in disrepair and trucks and cars are always blocking the street. Please have him clean up his unsightly home and move boats and trailers. It is an eyesore and our neighborhood is tired of looking at it. No one wants to confront Homeowner due to his bully nature.
