    Once again, the trash in Cordova was not picked up on the designated day. This has become almost a weekly occurrence; Waste Pro is often at least one, sometimes two days late picking up. Also, trash outside the cart is RARELY picked up on the week listed in the refrigerator magnet schedule that was distributed. This is unacceptable. I want someone to contact me and explain why I shouldn't be getting a credit on my utility bill for failing to deliver the promised service.

    The vines, weeds, bushes, trees, etc. surrounding this massive ditch prevent Comcast from reaching the utility pole. The vegatation surrounds the city owned ditch and extend onto the property of 51 N HIghland St.

    After determining the fence was the responsibility of the property management for the Belvedere Garden Condominiums. 108 N Belvedere Blvd, Memphis, TN 38104. I've reached out several times to all numbers associated with property, left messages. I never got a response of any kind.

    Several tenets off Angelus St. whose properties sit adjacent have pets they'd like to keep in their yards, privacy they'd like to maintain. It's been like this for months now and is very literally on the verge of completely coming down. Many residents would be thankful for its repair.

    Related is the dumpsters directly behind without any type of enclosure what so ever. Trash is poorly contained often falling into residents yards behind the condos, its used as a literal dumping site (mattresses, old lumber / building supplies), and often homeless residents will use the area as well as some of the useful material lying around to construct make shift structures to sleep in.

    All in all the area is an eyesore, possible health concern, and probable safety concern ( I've already been personally robbed due to worthless rotting fence). I think at a minimum the fence needs to be replaced by those who manage the property. Pretty sure open dumpsters without an enclosure of any kind are prohibited as well. It's been this bad for years, would be nice to see it cleaned up.

    UPDATE: Re-submitting with correct address so hopefully it can be resolved now. Since my initial post, it seems there has been additional complaints about the same property, same issues, but in another area. Hopefully with the addition of my now, correctly formatted complaint we can expedite these owners to take responsibility after ignoring for years. Also plan to give calls to both code enforcement and Shelby County Health Dept.

    Trash everywhere. Backs up to two businesses. Mollys and Blue Monkey. Customers and employees don't want to park in our own lot.
    Many complaints.
    Lots of undesirable foot traffic from these apartments through our lot and onto our restaurant patios. Either trying to sit or bother patrons.
    Has removed a concrete parking block just to be able to drive into the appointment lot from the business lot. Seen this many times from one tenet.
    Leaving trash on our property or using our garage cans. So many complaints have been made. Always closed saying this has been resolved. We have a serious problem and we need assistance with this on going situation.

Ms. Parks would like to put her home on the market, but I'm afraid she's not going to be able to get the maximum market value as the house across the street is boarded up and blighted. It is in the City's best interest to maximize property values, and this is an opportunity to do so for Ms. Parks. Please advise if it would be possible for the city to tear down this blighted structure and invoice the foreign investor who currently owns it for the costs of doing so.

    This house caught on fire over a month ago. All the windows are busted out, trash strewn across the weed-filled lot, and an empty pool is in the unfenced backyard. It's a magnet for vagrants and one day a child is going to fall into that empty pool and die.
