Wet paint highlights the need for bollards on Lafayette. We are NOT Middle St. The original configuration of bollards on Lafayette worked perfectly. Not until Middle Street complaints did the "solution" to reduce bollards affect Lafayette. Please return bollard configuration numbers to Lafayette as designed year one of deployment. It slowed traffic. It made people stay within lines of demarcation. Drivers hate that. Pedestrians and the ever increasing bike traffic love it. Also, as a 28 year observer, the road noise reduction is an added bonus.

Hello, We have recently had a very large influx of young children living on our street. On our street alone we have approximately 30 children. Since we are so close to Route 1, people tend to use Hillside Drive as a turn around off Greenleaf Ave. These people not familiar with our street tend to drive very fast. We'd like to request prominent signs at both entrances to Hillside Drive from Greenleaf that say DRIVE SLOW CHILDREN AT PLAY. On behalf of the entire neighborhood, I thank you. 5 vehicles blocking lanes on both sides of the road simultaneously, and seems to be a recurring issue during construction

There is a city tree in our front yard just right of the utility poles. The tree is now growing up into the lines. Would someone be able to take a look and see if it is necessary to do some trimming?

There is a broken piece on one of the play structures at the Lafayette School with screws sticking up out of it.

Would it be possible to have the sidewalk snow removal crew hit the side walk on the south side of Middle Rd between the bypass and Spinney Rd?

I am a resident of the Middle Hill Condos and walk my dog 3 times per day down Middle Road. I noted last week the speed limit was reduced to 25 miles an hour on Middle Road, which is great, thanks!
Also I noted that several signs indicating cross walks were installed. Unfortunately there was no sign to indicate a cross walk at the intersection of Spinney and Middle Rd. Cars fly over the bypass bridge on Middle and it is a limited view to the cross walk. I also noted cross walk signs were placed a bit further down Middle to indicate a cross walk. We have almost been hit several times my cars while IN the crosswalk. Can you please let me know why signs were not installed either directly over the bridge or at the crosswalk like many other busy intersections in town. Regards

Not sure if this falls under City responsibility. The trunk is in the right of way (under power lines). it's been groomed back by Eversource/PSNH over the years and was severely weakened. Now it's down.

this dangerous crosswalk needs the annual "State Law Yield to Peds" sign deployed in lieu of flashing walk signs.
