    Garbage cans overflowing in front of Shoppers Drug Mart on Homer and also at Richards & Seymour. The only 2 garbage cans seemingly available in about an 8 block radius. That's almost a mile walking with garbage in hand!

    Construction crews at the Marine and Fraser building are not synchronizing with other crews working on Marine. Flag stoppages on Fraser are causing traffic backups that BLOCK TRAFFIC LANES on Marine and are causing serious transit delays, on top of delays caused by Marine construction. I have had to wait 4 signals just because of this traffic in the intersection alone. This is completely unacceptable and if the building crews are responsible for the lack of coordination, they need to be fined.

    This began on May 31, 2023 - the Lutheran Church across from our house replaced their outdoor lights and now they are extremely bright. They light up our house and yard like it's daytime. We have tried to contact the church but have yet to hear back from them.

    As in this photo the bike lane has a long groove from at least Cardero to Bidwell on the north lane (Going towards Lost Lake) I am a bike courier so I see it and avoid it almost daily but sometimes I and others get their tire caught in this groove From a tourism promotion point OC fire this can mess up a noob biker unless they have thick bike tires For many with thin tires this is sketchy Especially when the Cardero light is green the rider will be going fast down the hill and as you cross Cardero the beat line before the intersection actually feeds you into the groove if you're not on it and eye the groove
