    There is absolutely no side walk to safely walk, as well as no bike line. The side of the road is broken off and big rocks on the piece of city land. Lots of people, adults and children walk and bike here to and from the park and any other road. Strongly believe this very small area needs a proper side walk.
    There is traffic of cars and walking, biking people from the houses, apartment building, and school.

    The parking for Gilbert Christian on Greenfield JN of Germann is a traffic hazard due to the dust generated by vehicles in their unpaved overflow parking, which is always full. They should not be able to skirt the dust ordinance to save money on making their parking right. It reduces visibility on Greenfield, causing a traffic hazard.

    This is a pile of dirt and broken asphalt that was removed when repairs were done to the road way just east of the sidewalk. The road was fixed but the contractor never removed the leftover debris. It is an eyesore.

Seriously, I wonder if it is never trimmed or cared for because it might be on the property of the utility company across the fence. I’ve lived in Vencenz Cove 11 years and this unsightly space between our Hoa maintenance and the apt. maintenance has never once been cared for. Can the responsible party be asked to step up and do it?
