    This new restaurant opened last weekend. Every night since they opened I have had to walk though staff not wearing masks, or with masks pulled down, waiting on the outside tables. Last weekend and again last night, the bar had customers sitting next to each other at a crowded bar.
    New Haven businesses are working so hard to keep customers safe and to avoid another shut down. Can somebody work with this new businesses to help them understand the restrictions and plan and train accordingly.

    The disrespect patrons and owners show is appalling. You have all the other restaurants in the immediate area, observing all the COVID protocols and this place rolls into town and patrons are allowed to not only enter without wearing masks, but congregate on the sidewalks front and side in large groups. Guess what. No masks. Groups of over 20 people at a time.

    Neighbor (we believe at 15 Pearl Street) is keeping one or more roosters which crow constantly. Roosters are illegal in New Haven and the houses are so close together that the noise is waking us up daily and driving us insane. Even over our bedroom fan, we can still hear the crowing. Please address or advise us as to who could help rehome/remove the animal(s). Thank you!

    So most of us adhere to the odd side parking ban. Some of us don't and there's no towing, no ticketing, no ramifications at all. AND those of us on the even side, who adhered to the parking ban, get buried in by the snow plow that plows to the even side, rather than plowing to the curb on the odd side and deservedly burying cars parked illegally. Can somebody please tell me why the plows plow to the even side on which we are asked to park during a snow emergency? Thank you.
