white Toyota Celica Lic#1JCE714 wrecked with weeds growing out of it. Expired registration (2017) parked in front of fire hydrant (less than 15 feet) for the last 2 weeks! Corona PD wont tow per AB2876. Really!!?? This is a nuisance! I will call the mayor if nothing is done. Riverside county code 413 allows towing per 72 hours! Do something! Just a matter of time it attracts transients/car strippers. If my house gets burglarized by these transients who shall I hold liable after I contact an atty and request how many complaints Ive made to the city and PD to tow this OBVIOUS ABANDONED car!!

The trees on the parkway need some pruning on the sidewalk side of the trees. They are putting too much shade on my yard and small branches fall in my yard and on cars and sidewalk when windy. I also would like to have the sidewalk amd my front walkway checked to see if the roots are lifting cement and if they caused my brick pillar to lean backwards. Thank you
