    Flashing light for people walking the bike path to cross Lafayette close to the lead mills and Salem/Marblehead line. Unfortunately drivers completely ignore the light. We get halfway across when one side of traffic stops but people speed through on the other side, nearly hitting us. This should be a full traffic light, not a flashing orange light.

    My house address is 964 Humphrey St and sits on the corner of Humphrey and Harrison Ave. The asphalt curb was installed and removed and now no curb exists. In addition, a dead tree was removed, and a sink hole is developing.
    Background:
    - Harrison Ave was repaved in July, during preparation the asphalt cur was removed and replaced. During the re-installation the curb was placed 2 feet into the street due to the dead tree being an obstruction.
    - Priori to repaving the asphalt curb was removed
    - In July the street was repaved with no curb
    - In August the tree was removed, and cone was placed on the hole 
    - Current state, no curb, dirt is eroding, and hole is getting larger.

    REQUEST: Re-install asphalt curb

    Saw a teenager with a bent rim today after hitting this pothole. I let them know that it was reported 5 days ago. It's still there.

    Cross walk connecting Salem pedestrian bath to the Marblehead path remains a safety hazard to people crossing 114. The city has installed flashing warning lights but unfortunately vehicles are ignoring them while people await to cross. Not sure what else can be done but its just a matter of time before someone is hit. Would a warning sign noting an upcoming crosswalk and a traffic light with blinking green light that would turn yellow then red be a better option? Thanks

    This property has been abandoned for some time. When I walk my dogs in the evening I typically see a rat or 2 scurry towards the house (disgusting) I can only assume this is a health and safety issue for the neighborhood.
