    Neighbor has had this corvette in their parking lot for over 5 years. Vehicle does not run nor has it been registered in many years. City recently made owner put a hood on the car since it was a home to rodents. Putting a hood on it did not help the rodent issue at all.

    Resident at 1637 Maple has installed a pole near T alley between Maple/Rawson. Resident at 1620 Rawson states, as a result, he cannot make a right hand turn to exit alley. jt

    Report was made last week by a neighbor that garbage was blowing out of owners construction dumpster in front of church. Owner still has not removed trash, specifically installation from our front yard.

    Owner refuses to remove snow off of tenants driveway who is disabled. Rental lease states nothing of having to remove snow. Owner even went to the point of having a plow truck plow snow in front of driveway so tenants vehicles cannot access driveway. Informed owner that he was responsible for removal and owner did not care. Owner was informed of city ordinance.

    1412 Willow LAne. I reported that there are numerous flammable liquids being stored in this portable garage with no lock and the matter was closed. There are young children that can easily unzip this tent thing and access these hazardous materials. This is what your city code says and it is in violation. Code 15.16.1 C.All materials that range from active to intense burning shall be manufactured, utilized, processed, or stored only within completely enclosed buildings which have incombustible exterior walls and an automatic fire extinguishing system. The above-ground storage capacity of materials that produce flammable or explosive vapors shall not exceed 50,000 gallons.
    Please reinspect this area and at least have a lock that a child cannot access put on it if you find no violations..

    vehicle has been kept in a tent/portable garage in their parking space. Vehicle has been there and h as not run in over 10 y ears. It has not been registered either. In addition, many flammable liquids are being kept in there as well. Tent has very easy access where children that live within the units can get in there by the flammable, deadly chemicals. Please make sure this goes to the correct person/dept asap because of these children. I am calling the fire dept. as well.
