Montrose - Spaulding Corridor

The overgrown shrub at the SW corner of Manor and Wilson is blocking roughly 80% of the sidewalk, and the obstructed path and views is becoming dangerous. My toddler was nearly run over (on the sidewalk) by two kids who tore around the corner on their 10-speeds. It needs to be pruned or removed.

The sidewalk along the north side of Belle Plaine Ave between Drake and St. Louis is extremely uneven and unsafe for pedestrians.

A large tree in the parkway has gown into the window of the building and damaged one of the window screens on the third floor. Can the city trim back this tree and the one next to it before further damage is caused to the building?

Large rats have been sighted on multiple occasions running into and from the backyard/sideyard area of this building. There are a lot of construction materials being stored on their lot which may be where the rats are hiding. Neighbors are experiencing rats coming to/from this property into their yards and outdoor spaces.
