Daily Cat Food Volunteers are so blinded by their cause they ignore basic acceptable community norms, rules and regulations.

Trespassing across posted fence lines, leaving feeding containers in parking lots, along greenbelt ridge lines, and the aquatic center fence line.

Daily Unauthorized cat feeding attracts rodents, cockroaches, ants, wasps and hornets.

If volunteers can't be educated to the fact they are doing more harm than good then city parks maintenance personal are required to cleanup volunteers daily food, bowls, dish trays, containers and cardboard being left behind.

The tennis court nets need replacing

Junk and discarded personal belongings dumped next to the closed RePlanet recycling center in the Walmart parking lot. This shed had been permanently closed for months and should be removed from this location. It is a dumping ground and is sometimes used as a backdrop for illegal camping as well as a place for graffiti.

Thank you Folsom City Parks Maint Dept & FPD in addressing the large encampment issues & associated drug and alcohol activity on Lembi Park recreational fields. Specifically IV drug paraphernalia & hard liquor/wine bottles being discarded on this city park property.

Some citizens in the community were beginning to see the park as dangerous – magnets for illicit activities like drug dealing and places for criminals to access potential victims who, while engaged in recreation, may be less vigilant about their belongings and personal safety.

Illegally long term parked motorhome obtained a new $400 green colored "Kinetic Kurt Road Machine Smart Bike Trainer" last night and stashed it out in the rain in the Lembi parking lot on driver side of RV. Motorhome hoses tossed on top ofKinetic Smart Bike Trainer.

As sun sets over Lembi main parking lot it makes one wonder what this very popular van guy is selling out of his sliding door or giving away to the cast of characters stopping by his open van door?

Maybe he’s just handing out free advice?

Unchecked city blight, unenforced overnight parking violations, is magnet for even more unsavory park blight and all that accompanies it!

New nets needed at econome tennis courts Both court nets in need of repair

Just off the trails in the marsh/pond area there is a lot of trash probably due to kids partying under the bridge. I have spent 2 days picking up trash in the parkway but I can’t get down to this pond. When the pond fills up again with rain🤞🏼 All this trash will get into the water. Can city officials comment on the validity of the laminated signs being posted along the greenbelt ridge line behind F.A.C., Walgreens, & Lembi Park.

As the photo depicts, cat food volunteers are stating their feeding activities on city property is approved by FOLSOM ANIMAL CONTROL.

It’s difficult to comprehend the City of Folsom sponsoring or endorsing a program that accumulates litter (paper, foam, plastics feeding containers) and in which food attracts rodents, cockroaches, flies, wasps and hornets to the area.

Park maintenance workers drive down to these feeding areas and pick-up their daily trash.

Water streams run through the middle of the greenbelt wetland.

Is the city authoring the posting of these prohibitive signs on city property?
