  • 1027-1099 Hibiscus St Cocoa, FL, 32927, USA - Port St. John
There is a dangerous dip in the road on the northeastern side of Hibiscus Street in Cocoa, FL 32927. County workers added construction cones on 2/6/23 which is nice. However, the meth addicts are now funneled into the center of the road into oncoming traffic as they travel down Hibiscus Street to get their fix. When will the dip in the road be fixed and barrels removed so I don't hit a wondering addict in the middle of the street?
  • Interlachen Rd & Palm Brook Dr Melbourne, FL, 32940, USA - Brevard County
The edge of Interlachen going toward St. Andrews is full of ditches - stay in the center of the lane so you don't hit the holes.
  • Furman Rd Merritt Island, FL, 32952, USA - Merritt Island
Furman Rd. parallels SR528EB but is blocked by a gated fence at Hudson Drive. Furman continues alongside SR528 westward to a dead end at Sykes Creek. Public Utility , County maintenance, and law enforcement vehicles are seen along this "closed" section but the public is locked out at the gate at Hudson. This "closed" section of Furman is billed as a hiking trail from Uluamay preserve to the south and is frequented by hikers and bikers alike.
The Island Crossings II HOA's lawn service used to control weed and other growth along this "closed" section of Furman, but now that it has been locked to access, it is no longer maintained. Brush is accumulating causing a health hazard, a habitat for rodents, a fire hazard, among other ills. Brevard County is responsible for such maintenance and I recommend you tackle the ROW before it gets out of control.
